I have been now diagnosed with L5/S1 grade 1 spondylolisthesis with serve right and moderate left exit formijal narrowing.

I met with an minor accident where my bike got skipped.. i had pain near wrist when contacted orthopedist they said that ir is GCT

I am a 14 year old boy.I have been having pain in my right arm since 6-8 months,could this be due to lifting heavy weights ? It gets reduced only when I get physiotherapy...How do I reduce it ? If I write a long exam paper,my hand starts paining..a slight pain is always there..please advise

Hi, I had an accident 6years ago fell on my left shoulder and left back flipped thrice.. My body started changing the Shae and my left side pains even when am breathing. I cannot sit for mins and left side stated leaning forward and complete left side pains like hell. Left ribs are round and hard right ribs are delicate and came 1-2inch out. I will attach pics, you can see the diff when I lift my left and right hand. I cannot move my left part of body and hand freely.

Sir I got my tibia and fibula fracture on 11 April 18 . treated with metal implantation to my tibia and fibula with plate . now my cast has been removed . 60 days completedelivery after surgery. swelling on feet has not gone wheather my bone healed completely to put my body weight and can I walk without any support smoothly.

Hi, My name is Kartik. I'm experiencing elbow pain on my right arm. This started about 5 days back when I was in gym doing reverse barbell curls. Before this, I wasn't physically active for about a year since I was working. The pain is above the elbow not in the bone. No pain in the bicep but in the sides. My trainer advised to apply ice . I did and dipped my arm in hot water as well a day later. Pain was there but subsided a little. However today I did rope climbing and the pain was there again. I'm not able to lift or pull much with my left arm. Please advice. I feel no pain in the bone. Thank you
