Bone & Muscle problems

I am a biginner in running. Nowadays I am running for minimum 3 KMS per day and maximum is 7 KMS. After 40 days of continuous run on daily base, I am getting pain in my left knee join at inner side only. Please suggest what will be the cause? Should I stop the run immediately?

I have had ACL reconstruction in 2016 with Hamstring graft. I tore my ACL again of the same knee and and I am going for a revision surgery, using hamstring from the other knee. Since hamstrings of both my knees would have been used as a graft, does that imply chances of early arthritis? Or any other Hamstring related issue? Is there any way to avoid that?

Backache at lower back since last 1 month. If I am sitting in one position it is difficult to get up.

I am 21 years old,having mild disc bulge in L4-L5 and L5-S1 I am suffering since i was 18 years.I met many doctors but the problem is still there and getting worse day by day.They told me to take precautions and do exercise, physiotherapy but no result found till now.The pain starts from my hips and goes down to my both legs. It pains like sciatica. I can't even sleep when it starts paining. Kindly please help me to recover my problem.

My mother (59+ Y) is under treatment of Hypothyroidism (Eltroxin 50 mcg(, Hypertension (Olmezest 20 mg) , Osteoarthritis of knee joints (Gemcal D3) & mild Anemia (Folvite). Around 9-months back, she was started on a medicine 'Kondro OD' by local Orthopedic doctor. After 3-months, she was again reviewed & advised to continue for next 6-months. As she also completed the 6-month period, should she still continue the medicine & if yes, for how many more months ?

From one month i have pain on my wrist on left arm. i am not move freely my wrists. Pain on my nuvers not on bone. I think its moch.
