I had twist in ankle, after the incident the ankle swelled immediately. I ran to local doctor. He applied some massage and bandage with one injection, two days medication said that will be cured in 3 days. X ray showed nothing. But after 3 days the swell and pain is same. What should I do now

Knee pain at 18
My knee buckled while I was standing 5 weeks ago and I've had pain in it since then. My knee moves outward now, pops more frequently then usual, hurts to walk and stand, my knee cap looks weird and it hurts even while laying down.
