I have bone fracture. Is it calcium is required for bone growth. 1)If so what food I should take to get calcium. 2) what calcium tablet I should take daily 3) can I take calcium sandooz

I've had a knee pain for about 2 months now which was most likely due to jogging I've tried various medicines like Lubrijoint and Coercip CL The pain has reduced but lately, my knee has been swelling around the knee cap I visited a physiotherapist last night And today, I noticed that my thighs were swollen too and there's a bit of numbness in both of my legs Should I continue with Physiotherapy or do something else? And how many sessions of Physio should I go for?

I have gout in right toe joint. The problem started since 2002. I was prescibed nucoxia and xyloric tab for two months. In between several times I face the problem recurring.
