Please suggest me some medicine which is not painkiller but effective for back pain I used lots of pain killer but not effective for a long period of time I used ortho oil also

Hi I m noticed that there is some pain in my left side lower back may b in ilium bone as i check on google and it comes 2 3 times in a week and carpal also paining when i lift weight or fold our wrist. I workout in gym 4 5 days in a week is this the reason for this pain.

Hi, i had a fracture in my left radius and have a plate with seven screws inside. It's been 8 months since surgery and I've started going to the gym since 20 days. What should be the frequency of exercises and pressure applied on the left arm. I still feel a slight lack of grip in my left hand compared tithe right one, how much weights should i lift, can i do pushups in the future and how to progress from here on, please help as i  can't get a good answer anywhere, thanks!!

Grade I/II tear/sprain of medial collateral ligament along the femoral attachment 4.Grade II horizontal tear of posterior horn of medial meniscus 5.Fluid with hyperintense signal seen along the myotendinous region of popliteus muscle suggestive of sprain WHAT TREATMENT TO DO?

I had an ankle injury one month back , orthopedic doctor took an x-ray & ruled out fracture , suggested crepe bandage & I've treatment , I didn't follow up on ice treatment regularly. The swelling hasn't fully come down & there is a bit of stiffness when I rotate my ankle.
