Severe pain and dragging of left leg when stood for long time or having done any physical activity. Pain continues for long hours gets relief when any oil or balm is applied

I am playing badminton from last 10 years..but 16 months back in game..I am dived and injured..we are already taken rest. Fitness...but still I am not able to playing overhead smashes in game... In x-ray no bone damage...

I have pain behind knee for 4 days. I can't bend my legs fully nor stand comfortably. Every time I walk I feel that pain in my legs. I got the pain while playing basketball. I can't dance too. If I sit for a long time then the pain isn't there but just then when I stand I feel that pain and I feel like my leg is paralyzed. The pain is in the left leg. The place where it hurts the most is back left corner inside of the knee
