Take feboxostat 40mg twice or once daily according to uric acid levels.
Avoid soyabean, brinjal, tomato, saag, yellow dal in diet.
Avoid beer or mutton .
Apply Ice packs locally thrice daily for 3 weeks.
Medications like enzomac forte will help reduce swelling.
If uric acid levels are very high (gout attack) then you should colchicine for 3 days and then feboxostat.
