My left leg goes numb very fast when I sit crossed legged or my leg is eleveated and it becomes that much numb and when I even slighty move it I have extreme discomfort it feels in pain in nerves. I also experience tingling in left feet and toes. Meanwhile I am currently suffering from mild scoliosis for which my doctor has recommended me exercise. What could be reason for such numbness? any response is appreciated

It can be due to pressure over nerves either in spine or localised near ankle or knee .orthopaedic surgeon needs to evaluate u clinically and then may prescribe MRI lumbosacral spine and NCV to see the cause.get your vitamin B12 level too .
