My left leg goes numb very fast when I sit crossed legged or my leg is eleveated and it becomes that much numb and when I even slighty move it I have extreme discomfort it feels in pain in nerves. I also experience tingling in left feet and toes. Meanwhile I am currently suffering from mild scoliosis for which my doctor has recommended me exercise.
