What type of mattress we have to use for lower back pain? When sleeping for more than 5 hours in same position we get pain.

For back pain, it is important to use a firm or a hard mattress. If the mattress has lots of irregularities then it is not good.
Straight surface and firm to hard mattress is very good for the back
