I had my acl surgery on may 30th And my staples was removed on june 9th i have attached a picture of my incision in my knee is it healed can i take a shower???

According to blood test why vitamin D is very less inspite of calcium being in  normal range for a 14 year old boy???

I am suffering with Muscle pains in left hand from last 3 days. Before three days when I wake up muscle pains start from left side neck after shoulder then left Bicep. I have shown with general physician but there is not improvement. So Kindly suggest me solution or which specialist i can consult. Thanks. Amar Gholap, Pune

He has severe back pain and his family has slip disc history. Can the back pain be because of slip disc? He was under severe stress for 3 days and had a jerk in the back while playing. What are the chances that he has slip disc pain? He has no pain in any other specific region like arms or legs or neck.

Whenever I walk quickly the muscle above my ankle region on my left leg swells temporarily. I feel a burning sensation and mild pain if I continue to walk. Then I have to stop and wait till it's gets over which is usually around 5 to 10 minutes. Recently I have joined gym and whenever I walk on treadmill it happens again. But when I run it doesn't happen.

I am feeling pain in back of neck to left shoulder alongwith little pain in left hand as well with the movement of my neck. It might have started since last week's workout in gym.

So, I was playing around with my kid on the bed and I fell back landing on my neck from about 3 ft. Very sever pain for about a month. It has now been 6 months and still having pain, but not as severe. However, if I bend my neck back/chin up it’s a horrible pain that I can only describe as my spine feels like it’s being compressed like an accordion. And recently I have been experiencing pins in needles around shoulder area. What could this be?
