Spondylotic changes Schmorl nodes D10-L4
I have a pain in my lower back, started b4 6 months. Started near to my right butt initially and irritates me. I felt stinging sensation in lower back while trying to stand from sitting position &vice versa. After 3 days rest, stinging sensation went away. But still I have some pain in my back ,lower butt &leg. I consulted neuro physician b4 2 month he gave mussle relaxant & PK. MRIfinding: Early spondylotic changes with schmorl nodes at multiple level, No cord, cornus & nerve root compression.

Those changes are due to wear and tear. There is no compression of any nerves or spinal cord. Management of pain with painkillers, maintaining good posture, weight control and yoga will help you.
