Early spondylotic changes with schmorl n
Early spondylotic changes with schmorl nodes at multiple level D10 to L4.No cord, cornus & nerve root compression. The pain is at my right back sometimes in my butt and legs. More than 6 months Iam suffering from this pain. Sometimes getting pain while bending forward. Iam doing physiotherapy last 20 days. Still Iam feeling the pain while doing some physio excercise. Whether this problem is curable ? if yes minimum how long time it will take? Any suggestions need to follow? Thanks in advance.

There is wear and tear of the spine, that is the reason you have the backpain. There is no nerve compression, so there is no cause for worry. Continue with the Physiotherapy for a few more weeks. You need to do that for a few months before you find any difference.
