From the attached picture, the drug store couldn't provide me with the second and third medicine prescribed by the doctor, instead they provided its substitute. For 2nd medicine, they provided me DAZACORT, and For 3rd medicine, they provided me RABESEC-LS. Can you please advise if I can have these substitute medicines. I'll be very grateful if any ortho Doctor can help me as I am unable to contact my Doctor. Thank you in advance.

I am 25 old male, started playing basic tennis for 2 weeks. One day my left knee started paining and mild swelling after few days. The MRI diagnosed with "Intrasubstance degeneration within posterior horn of medial meniscus" and "Mild joint effusion". My doctor said it's nothing to worry about. Take a rest of 2 weeks with ice and crepe Bandage. I Wanted to get more professional advice on this.what sort of rest is required, like no walk at all or no movement of knee while laying on bed.
