I used volini spray from two days no effect... Today its paining severely... I cant sit or get up...

In night while changing position from left to right side I am having a mussels pain and some time it sound very bad. After 5 minutes all will be normal

My right lower back pains randomly. Sometimes it very mild pain but sometimes it pains a lot. It started 4 months ago when I woke up. I took medicines and rest so it subsided in a few days but it comes back every few days.

So Ive earlier asked abour cervical lordosis. doc told me its normal but thn when I travel theres vertigo When I go for a walk after I come back after 15mins I get vertigo. is it notmal? is jt something serious? Im scared of this symptom. Ive been doin excercise at home.

I was sitting on the floor and my friend was trying to calm me down. they had their palm on top of my head. i waited then said no and i pushed against with my head. turning left is worse than right. it hurts 30 degrees, on the side both right and left. right is a sharp strain. left is muscle. turning right 80/90 and feel the same from the right side. cracking neck a lot of strain pain all over, left wrist wont crack. laying flat , arms out, left hand tingle. it was a year.

While playing badminton i have got my both ankles hurt and consulted orthopedic for the pain and swelling. Doctor told me that it is ligament fiber tearing and not to play for 2 weeks. I have taken complete rest for 2 weeks and started walking slowly after that with little pain. Now its been almost a month and still i am getting pain and swelling very often. I am using ankle band whenever i get pain and swelling. How long it takes to heal and I have taken anti inflammatory tablet on doc recomd.

I have a spinal fusion and the fusion fails, I have not pain but my l5 s1 joint is stable only on screws, am I a candidate for person with disabilities in government job

I’ve got chronic knee pain which hits me hard when trying to exercise. I’ve been on mobic and other anti-inflammatory meds but had to come off because of kidney issues. My nephrologist prescribed tramadol and I’m curious if this is going to work.
