I am 28 year female having left groin pain felt when walking.. and also butt pain.. what could be the reason

Hello Doctor, I am having pain in left heel for almost 4-5 months which is increasing day by day. As per x-ray report, it is plantar fasciitis. As time passes, pain is increasing and now reached in left calf, left hip, lower back, left side of body, left shoulder and in neck. Also, having itching all over the body almost daily so taking medicine LCZ. While itching, rashes also occur. Wound on fingers also don't fill easily and take so many days to cure. Please help. My mom is having a severe swelling in her ankle. She barely can walk properly. She is an active woman and a house maker. But the swelling in her right leg ankle is more than 4 months. She puts a bandage on with some ayurvedic ointment, it feels better for a while but the pain persists again. We tried all the home remedies. Her bone density is quite weak. I anticipate there could be a minor fracture looking at her condition. She is afraid of a plaster and staying at home on a bed rest. It would be great if someone can come for a home visit.

This started not long ago but it feels like i don't have support on my elbow when i strech it out it starts aching and my elbow won't be able to be stiff at a certain point.

I am suffering from sickle cell aneamia disease since I was 4 years of age. Medication for aneamia is going on. But few days ago was diagnosed with cortical break on left hip joint, which was identified as schlerosis due to aneamia. I am searching for a good orthopedic doctor in Hyderabad to consult on further medication for schlerosis.
