Sir, I m suffering from planter fascitis in both leg from 7 months.extra sharp bones has came out through calcaneal heel .i hv completed 3 injection course by orthopaedic specialist but still same problem.kindly recommend some effective medicine so I can get rid from this heel severe pain.

I had pain in my back (upper right portion near shoulder)for half a year now.. sometime I feel ok..but then it again gets start and a minor pain or feeling of not being normal is there in my back. Also this has some connection to my right hand as there is a tingling sensation in my arm and hand nowadays. What could be the reason
