Knee pain
Hello good afternoon.. I am Mounika.. My mother 47 years and she is suffering with knee pain since 1 month..below the knee cap something small ball kind of we found and it's very painful and above the knee cap getting swelling if my mother seat and stand..kindly give us any tips or any medicines... Hi mounika. Your mother might have early patellofemoral arthritis which may progress to advanced arthritis. This needs to be treated with strengthening exercises for quadriceps. She can do cycling at home which will improve her strength.
