Bone & Muscle problems

She is having continuous pain in right shoulder and not able to move the arm freely. Sometimes she is feeling the pain in elbow or hand. Please advise. She is suffering from this for 6 mobths. She is taking arthritis medicines but the pain is increasing day by day.

Joint pain- mainly in the morning and after work. Can't stand from sitting position directly. Can't run

Hi..I have started doing exercise from 17 days and been following a strict diet resulting in 3kg weight loss lately I m feeling continuous pain in my legs when I bend them totally like sitting in namaz position or in India style bathroom..pls advise

I have severe heel pain everytime I start walking after sitting. The pain is severe for only for a minute , after walking for a while it vanishes totally. Would like to know the cause and remedy for the heel pain. I am 30 yrs old female with weight 63 kgs and height 5' 2" . I am a homemaker , I go for walks daily wearing  shoes for 1.5 hrs .

My father is suffering from right side knee pain and swollen knee for the last 15 days. Before this we met a doctor and he said uric acid level is high for my father so he should maintain a diet according to that. My question is whether my father gets knee pain because of the uric acid or what. And also please mention best treatments or medicines for this knee pain. Thank you.

I have vitamin d serum level 23.9ng/ml...is that normal... And please anyone reply me for this and if its is less and tel me vitamin d tablets to increase the level...

I would like to know uses and side effects of following three medicine 1. COZIM-LC 2. TENDONEX4D 3.BONEBASE PLUS These medicines are prescribed to me after examining my knee( possible ligament tear or something). I have asked to take a course of total 60, 30, 60...twice, once, twice respectively a day for a month.

I recently had my MRI done, it  showed "Loss of normal cervical lordosis and C3-C4 , C4-C5 are minimally dessicated and reveal diffuse posterior buldge. These indent the anterior subarachnoid space." I'm using cervical collar and have muscle spasm on my left with some involuntary movements. Please advice.
