Bone & Muscle problems

I am having L5-S1 disc herniated and spinal nerve pinched. Spine doctor suggested me for surgery what should i do. Is there any risk in surgery or after surgery.

Glass has partially cut the tendon and first articulation of my pinkie finger, the cut is about a centimeter or less. I can barely bend the finger in question, but have not entirely lost the ability to contract the tendon. The injury occured about 18 hours ago, and i have mostly slept sense then. Does the ability to slightly wiggle the tendon now mean i will regain the ability to use my finger in time? I do not believe the tendon is cut all the way through.

I m having problem in L4, L5. Feeling some vibration/compression in my right leg from last 15 days approximately. I cant stand or walk for more than 5 mins in 1 go. And once pain start it cannot be subsided without applying some ointment and heating pad. Right now not taking any painkiller because of Crohn's in stomach.

Sir,when i was 3 month old then a piece of flesh was attached to my left kidney and at that time Do.Krishnan operated it and take it out and now l'm 19years old but the sign of the operation is now on my left stomach "I want to join air force can i join it ??? Having pain in legs and waist since past 2-3 weeks. Done MRI also for L.S. Spine and it diagnosis bony canal stenosis at l3 -l5 level and mild annular  bulges of l4-l5 and l5-s1 disc including thecal sac. Is this curable? Cant i go to gym anymore?

From one week I have very tiredness ,so much sweat , muscle cramps at shoulder joints , knee joints , lower back pain when standing balance problem leg pains neck join pain dizziness some times

I have been having severe back pain from past 20 days. I am also having joint pain in fingers of both hand & foot.
