Patellar tendinitis
I have patellar tendinitis but I am roaming in home for regular day to day activities like restroom . Dining hall etc. I have consulted doctor. He has given quadriceps physiotherapy and electro therapy IFT . But it's not getting reduced. I walk without flexing my left leg. If I flex and walk I get pain. Now IAM planning for "puttur Katty" is it safe.

What you mentioned is a traditional bone setting practice which is different from our medicine. As an allopathic medicine specialist, I don’t think we should be commenting on the safety of a different practice of medicine, in both positive and negative ways, as we’re not well versed about what they actually do.
