Supraspinatus Tendinitis
I had shoulder spasm about a  month ago. But few days back the pain was back again. I did some streching exercises and after fews days it worsened. I was not able to lift my arm.  I did my MRI and consulted a orthopedist. As per MRI and doctor, I have supraspinatus tendinitis. Doctor says it is a minor injury and not much to worry about. Still I have fears and it feels quite irritating that I am able to raise my arm. Doctor has advised Tendocare medicine for 3 weeks. I wanted to know, how long will it take to cure? Will it be cured permanently or the pain may rise again in future? Please help to guide. Thanks in advance.

Supraspinatus tendinitis can be very irritating. In addition to the medicines, you should also do physiotherapy which can help you recover faster. Usually the pain goes away slowly and can take many months to fully recover.
