Shoulder tendinitis
Hello Dr's, I have been diagnosed with shoulder tendinitis few weeks ago, pain was there since few months, I have consulted orthopedic dr and took the prescribed meds, did physiotherapy but still unable to lift my left arm above shoulder level without the support of other arm.. how long will this last? Is there any hope that my hand will become normal? I am getting into depression.. please give some information if and when the healing takes place... thank you

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any.  - Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. - Keep no pillow under the head. - Avoid painful acts & activities. - Fomentation with warm water. -Let the part not be exposed cold. -Do mild exercises for the affected part.- neck &  shoulders.  -Any way it may be tried, --. Ugesic (Piroxicam) 20mg 1tab once  a day x 5days  --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1tab Once  a day x 10 days. Kindly get your mri of shoulder affected and show to the arthrosocopy surgeon who is good in shoulder,  it may be due to rotator cuff tear or frozen shoulder
