Bone & Muscle problems

I had three of my ribs broken about four months ago and I still am having the sharp pains in my sides and chest.

History of low back problem..Need Physical medical rehablation TREATMENT In VISAKHAPATNAM. Age 56 Female

Dear Doctor, My ankle is swollen and paining. Pain aggravates after I walk or on  standing. I applied ointment but problem repeats on standing or walking. X ray was taken by Orthopedic Doctor, it is normal. Physio was recommended along with pain killer tablet and pain gel. The ortho Doctor has not diagnosed the reason for swelling. I am 113 Kg, 5feet 6 inches in height. I was operated at the age of 12 in left leg for excess growth of bone hence I have 0.5 inch difference between my left and right leg. I went for Physio only for 1 day because I am not happy with the diagnosis. I want to know why swelling is there on left ankle. I want permanent solution. Please help.

The back of my neck hurts feels real tense and also feels like theres a ball in the middle and i get headaches here and there and mostly it hurts in the back of my head.

My right ankle is paining and has swollen a bit since 2 days. I dont remember what i hit. I can put some weight on it and walk but it feels saggy. Now the swelling is progressing over the too of my foot from one side of the ankle to the other.. is it a simple ankle sprain or should i visit the doctor really quick?

From past 2 Months, i had a shoulder pain, backpain and neck pain, for clarity i took ECG,TMT,ECHO all are negative but still i am not satisfied, wherever i go doctors are saying its musckoskeletal pain, one side of neck i paining below the skull area, and i am feeling something hot sensation on one side, everyone saying vitamin d3 problem i am taking vitamin , muscle relax, antacid tablet aswell from past 2 month, please tell me what is the problem whether its heart related or something else.
