Posterior hip dialocation
Sir on 1 st july i got slipped & i get through posterior hip dislocation without fracture. Than doctor treated. Me well & tie a skin traction with one brick weight. Now i have no pain so i can walk normaly?? Or it takes more time for heeling

Minimum 6 weeks of immobilisation is required and is must for any joint to heal up. If you walk now , the capsular and surrounding structures may not heal anatomically and the resulting laxity may lead to joint instability and subsequent dislocation.

Dear Sir, You normally need a period of 6 weeks to heal the ligaments that gets injured while dislocation, so pay attention to what your doctor tells you.
