Main Right-Hand Shoulder Disclocated
Doctor, I require help and guidance for solution for my weak shoulder as it got dislocated and was put back 2 days ago. It came off while playing badminton and afraid there is not much fibure muscules to hold the socket close intact and thus chances of reoccurring dislocated arm.
Please suggest what are my options. How long do I need to be on immobilizer.
