I have feel backaches, in right hand main join. I don't stand up my right hand, and don't open my t-shirts.

Having pain in shoulder means Frozen shoulder.so you try to do pendular movements to shoulder by moving upper limb left and right side and then front and back. For back and shoulder problem take physiotherapy treatment
