Bone & Muscle problems

Got my acl reconstructied 20 days ago. Not going to work still, staying in my home only. Doing my physiotherapy properly. But for past two 3 days, my knee starts to swell. And it affects my extension and flexion, also knee gets a bit stiff becuade of that. So what can do to avoid swelling. I am.icing my knee 2 3 times a day.

On May 2nd 2018 I had patellar tendonitis I had taken bed rest till today and still when I sit in chair for long term with legs bent I feel the inflammation I want a permanent eradication of inflammation please sir kindly guide me today I had gone to doctor has given me cartniwel Rx levocarnitine  will tablet 500mg for 2 weeks morning and night .and gel felid diclofenac diethylene methyl salicylate oleum lini menthol gel. I want a permanent solution it's been 40 days I am in home . Kindly get a permanent solution of patellar tendonitis inflammation.

Pain reoccurring once the course of antibiotics and pain killers.. Though reports xray, CBP with RA are normal range but CRP is high 51 mg/l.

I was at my aunties the other day and me and my cousin was playing and my foot got stuck sideways in a gap between the concrete and has been painful ever since I am unsure what to do ? Thank you.

Sir/madam I want join Indian Navy but knee are touch when stand straight. I consanlant to doctor he it's knock knee problem. Can I reduced problem by exercise.

Fingers become rod like and non bendable,paining while floding them specially at night during sleep. Right wrist joint have shighr spelling and pain to lift any item. Pain goes hoti small finger . Sone time ne k and should er pain. One doctor said it is Arthritis pain have to eat HCQS regularly. Why is this pain and is there any other  remedies? I do feel hip pain and back pain while long standing in the kitchen while cooking or doing house works. Please suggest.

Hallus valgus in left foot operated by 3 Year. But I have pain in my foot when I was walk 3 km and also playing, running, and climb in hill area's

I am 22 yrs old. I am very clumsy. Had a fall many times. I fear that it will lead to serious issues. I try my best but I fail and fall. I had a bad fall today and it hit from my hip bone to head. Please suggest what should I do to prevent some serious Problem like bed rest or spondylitis or any other serious problem.

I m female/38 yrs, Acl surgery done in right knee in December 2018,still after 6 month of post operation my knee is painful, swelling, stiffness. Had also went physiotherapy 3 month my ROM Is 130 Degree but can't walk poperly without support. Plz suggest me.
