Dear patient.  Hiw severe is he pain.  Does it makes u cry often or is it bearable. I think your orthopaedic consultant has prescribed you the medicine for time being with advice for physiotherapy and exercise.  You need to learn this exercise and do it for life time to stay in better health. Follow the dos and donts adviced by your consultant.  More often the pain is exaggerated by the mind.  The bulge mentioned doesnt seems to be so severe.  But after seeing the mri films opinion my defer. So you need to also relax ur mind and be less worrisome.
