I had broken my tibia and fibula on 2016 15 may inserted a rodd and plate  and after 2017 12 june all this remove so i play soccer at a high level like athlete

Dear sir I'm 46 year, height 5 :10 inches, weight of 87 kgs I am regular shuttle badmentaion player, every day morning 5:30 -6:30 I will play shuttle badmentaion indoor I am fit and fine, no B P or Sugar or any sort of uncomfortableness From past 10-15 days I am suffering from some sort of pinching in my left leg heel After sitting for some time in my chair or bed, when I stand or walk I feel some sort of pinching to n my left leg heel Kindly suggest Regards Umesh

I am feeling pain in my left knee. Pain is on the right(inner) side of knee. I have been experiencing this pain temporarily for last 2 years but it is never for more than 4-5 days and occurs once in 2-3 months. Now, I am planning to work on legs in gym and gain some muscles. For that, I will need to do leg extensive exercises. I tried squatting for 2-3 weeks for now. When I squat and knee is close to 90 degree angle, I feel pain in both going down and going up. My trainer suggested that it's temporary and will eventually be gone. I am looking to get second opinion. I will really appreciate if you provide some guidelines, I am up for consultantion too if needed. Thank you very much in advance.

I am feeling back pain. Precisely in lower back area after lifting a heavy object. It's been 2 days and the pain has not gone away. When this pain hits at maximum, I feel numbness in leg and I tremble.

I met with accident on 22nd April and injured my left leg with lateral condyle fracture left proximal tibia split depression type with tear body of lateral meniscus. My leg got operated on 24th April with meniscus repair surgery & ORIF with cc screws & plates. As on today 8th week, doctor told not to put weight bearing till 11th week& instructed to do ROM exercise & theraband exercise. I am afraid about the recovery time of my leg. Please suggest when i can walk normal without crutches

Hello, My father had fall and his right hip bone is displaced with a slight fracture. We got the X-ray done and the doctor initially said he needs a minor operation where in they will have to put a couple of screws and set it. However, they suggest a hip replacement now.
