Hi, My mother, 50 years old, discovered that she has disc problem in her back lately, the doctor advised her to swim after physiotherapy, she started swimming classes lately, then she started having terrible black ache in the second class, I'm confused about it and not sure if she should stop swimming, please advise me with that, or if you have any other advise to reduce the pain on the long-term. Hi I'm recently suffering from one side knee pain. If I bent it and stretch it back, there is a sharp pain. Mild pain during walking too. I have always been heavy and am 15kgs more than I should be, according to my height. What could be the cause. Please give me some insights. Thank you :)

Pain in elbow joint. Not able to move .. What could be the reason and what treatment is required .. whom should i consult firat .. could it be due to calcium deficiency or is it a bone problem ..

This problem is there for the past 5 months. Met orthopaedic doctor who gave me painkiller medicine for 20 days asked me to meet after 1 month. This time he took an X-ray and gave another pain killer medicine for 20 days. The pain continues. He said that if the pain continues I have to get done MRI etc to ascertain the real problem. I have right shoulder pain since 8-9 month, I used to go gym and play cricket. Because of pain i quit my gyming 8-9 month before and play cricket only on sunday but now shoulder pain is increasingly in last ten days  drastically. Please suggest what should i do

Sir/mam , somedays ago i went through a accident from which my left side orbital and cheek got fracture and i had to go through a maxillofacial surgery.. and now i get one plate under my orbital floor .. but sir my zygomatic bone of left side increase and it was after the accident . Sir/mam can this zygomatic problem can be fix and my left side cheek is in depression compare to right one after the surgery also! Please sir/mam please replyyy
