Bone & Muscle problems

My bmd of spine is 0.915 g/cm^3 with T score of -2.3.what precautions should be taken and changes in food habits which can be done.plz tell.

Fallen from bike.pain in knee. X-ray. Taken need advice for next step.......

I had viral fever 15 days ago. Now I have joint pains and cannot move around normally.

He's often experiencing heel pain at the back foot ..it's not because of any physical excersise or walk or shoes ..is sugar responsible for this ?

Let's continue from starting: 1) i was ill before 1year , i was fever and not feeling well in stomach also nausea, i was very bad situation at that time So my family take me to local doctor, doctor checkup and say need to do reports for it that time in a report doctor said she have a thyopid and he is continue treatment based on that report. But after few days(2days) when i was feeling not well i change the doctor and new doctor said nees to do reports then again we do reports, and that new reports thyopid getting normal, That I'm confused why ild doctor treat me like thyopid pasent After old doctor treatment i not feeling well i stomach till date, I'm too kuch suffering for this I was Change  many doctors and do reports but we are not get satisfied because they app says you have a gastro problem and SGPT High then everything is okay What i have to do now please advise I have als bone and joint pains and hitting body from last 4moths, my family doctor says you have a weekness

I have l4 s1 disc bulging from past 1.5 year .. I went to physiotherapy but I didn't got any kind of relief but currently I got one magnesium oil spray which benefitted me alot ... I wanted to know is there any side effects using it for 2 -3 months continuously and will it cure it completely .

When i lift heavy weights pain in left hand ulnar bone and and stiffness and pain in little finger. The area of shown in picture is painfull... And when i drop that weight the pain is gone (not completely 90%gone) What it can be help... And how can I diagnose
