Bone & Muscle problems

I have been suffering from knee pain for 8 month.. i have low grade acl and meniscal tear.. do i need to operate

6months back I just got skid from bike so my shoulder got injured like the joint where three bones at shoulder get join are collided ,but nothing major damage caused. I used medicine and a hand band, now it is getting pain to the neck and I'm unable to raise my hand up. Cannot sleep one side where the damage caused.

I had back pain since last 5 years before 5days MRI was taken for cervical LS spine and whole spine screening. Pain was severe in hip and back. leg was feel like weakened. Plz suggest what to do.

‌I have complete acl tear & some microscopic fracture in the left knee,so doctor has applied plaster cast on that leg for 40 days.Now the plaster cast has removed & after examination doctor said that your knee is stable & there is no need of surgery.I have visited another orthopedic specialist,so he test the knee stability & told that my knee is stable, so he has doubt regarding last mri report & done another MRI & the result is same grade 3 acl tear.So doctor told me to do daily activities & if i feel like knee giving away then only i will need surgery.I heard that for grade 3 acl tear surgery is needed & there is not any other option & if surgery is not done then there are chances to getting further damaged to other ligaments & chances of knee arthist as well.So i am really confused that I had complete acl tear & both doctor suggested me that i can skip surgery.I am really depressed now becoz of this injury,So please help me & suggest what I will have to do in this situation.

Pain in heels. Visited several clinics but did not get any relief. Went for Xray as well but nothing was found in it.

I am ANA postive. I couldn't much go through the report because of no knowledge. Primary Dilution is 1:40 in AntiNuclear Antibodies PRIMARY INTENSITY ON IF 1+ END POINT TITRE IS 1:40. Its written Weak Ana Reactivity. Please explain me.

It has been over 4 months that i've been carrying this pain on my left heel. The first orthopedic i consulted diagnosed it as retrocalcaneal bursitis and prescribed ice pack along with Chymoral forte, and a pain killer. He suggested to have ultrasound therapy for 3 days. Even after the Ultrasound and medication there was very little relief. In fact, by being conscious of the pain, my walking posture changed and i developed pain in my shin. I consulted another orthopedic (since i couldn't get to meet the earlier doc) and he diagnosed this as insertional tendonitis and prescribed T-heal for 1 month and a pain killer when required. He also gave me a sheet with exercises to strengthen my Achilles tendon. Also, suggested to use silicon pads in my shoes, which i did. It's been over a month since, and though the pain is less severe, i am yet to recover completely. Meanwhile, i got the Uric Acid test done and it returned 6.2. Am i having some chronic condition?

My little sister 15yrs old got hit by a motorcycle and suffered a broken bone. Based on the xray am not sure if that is the Tibialis Anterior that was broke. Anyway, she was told by our doctor to be casted with a plaster and eventually to a fiberglass, as she is still young and the bones will fix itself naturally. Its been more than a week now but she is still hurting when using crutches. I would like to ask for a second opinion if she needs to undergo open surgery or what-not for a faster recovery. After a long time I do exercises. After that it's paining on shoulder portion. I feel like any niddle inserting to shoulder .is this a serious concern?.whether my bone fractured?

As per recent MRI report I got complete tear of ACL surgery is the only option or any other treatments are available... Please suggest
