I feel pain in the back side of my hand whenever i stretch it forward or backward, or do any activity that puts weight or pressure on it like getting up by putting pressure on my hands. I feel no pain otherwise. I checked the internet and could relate to the symptoms given for dorsal wrist impingement. I want to know how to check if i have this syndrome? Is there a permanent treatment? And will exercising help reduce the problem or make it worse?
