Back pain ESR is 35
I have back pain and doctor told me that my spine is week and suggest for physio therapy. The backpain occurs if I lift some weight, bike travel etc., I am suffering from this pain for around 6 months. My MRI report is normal. My blood test ESR value is 35. Can someone explain whether it's normal or something I should really concern.

Ur doctor has told u the right thing.  He has advised u exercise which if u r not doing then there will be no reduction in pain.  Also in donts comes not to lift heavyweights,  but learn prooer ergonomic of how to lift the weights.  Also bike travel on potholes road is good for back so avoid it if u can.  U just need to tell ur mind to follow one doctor and his advice and have patience for the result with relaxed mind.
