Bone & Muscle problems

Sir / madam I have a lower back injury which happened while playing cricket. I got imbalanced while bowling. Since then I have numbness in my left thigh. And left butt. I also feel spasms in thigh and butt on left side. And also discomfort while walking, sitting and bending. I have my MRI my Dr told me it is normal but report shows diffuse mild bluge . I am sending my MRI flim so please will u tell me is it bluge that is creating such problem to me or is it facet injury because my Dr gave me facet block. That works to some how but not fully. I still feel symptoms. Please help

I had meniscus repair and acl reconstruction surgery 24 days ago. At present, I have no pain, walking non weight bearing with walker. My question is, what is the timeline I can look to walk and drive ? I am following excercises advised, I feel, I am doing pretty good. Can I expect to walk and drive from end of October ?

My age is 56.i met with an accident 15 days back. Doctor said hip fracture. He advised me to keep traction and put loads. But no improvement. I'm not understanding what to do. He said me to take complete bed rest for 2 weeks.

I had done my full body check up and it shows vitamin d3 level is 12 ng/ml and vitamin b12 level is 252 rest test was great. please suggest as my body tired easily.

For past few months I have been experiencing pain in my bones, I was diagnosed low in vitamin D couple of yrs back and since then I am taking AddD3 and Cobadex forte. Recently done blood test from thyrocare and calcium and vitamin D levels seems to be normal however low in hemoglobin. Can that impact bone health? Pls suggest.

Hi Doctor, I get knuckle sound from knees or joints while walking or running from last one year. Please let me know what would be the cause and suggest medicine?
