Hi I have a terrible, chronic serratus anterior pain which extends all the way to my scapula and rhomboids. It worsens whenever I take a deep breath. It started after a workout involving an inclined bench press and a heavy deadlift and has shown about 50% recovery in the last 20 days. I took enzoflam tablets for 7 days continuously which helped with pain suppression. But after that, it seems like the recovery process has simply stopped. Even though my serratus anterior remains very immobile at all times, the recovery rate per day is not even 1%. I wonder what I'm doing wrong and how long it'll take. Also, I show no signs of scapula winging it nerve palsy.

Hello, I am a 28 year old man. I have been suffering from lower back pain since my college days and on days when the pain is severe there is no easing it and it affects my whole routine and I can’t even go to work. People have suggested lower back exercises but I don’t know what they are. Please tell me what are lower back pain exercises?

I'm 17 and i have been going to gym from past 1 and half year.  My back (mainly lower )used to pain. But the pain was normal. And sometimes there's a pain in chest (left side)  for a 1-2 second. and chest pain was very rare. And 3-4 months back my chest pains alot, then i took medicine from doctor and after 2 days i was good. But now from past 1 week I'm suffering from intense lower back ( full spine)  and chest pain. My neck also pain. I can walk but while sitting and bending my lower back and neck pains. I'm not going to gym from 1 week. but still I'm suffering from pain. I have visited a doctor and he gave me medicine and said that the pain is due to exercise. But it's been 1 week and I'm still suffering from it. Please if you can help me or give me any advice it will help me alot.
