Hi , My mother is experiencing pain in her foot heels every morning for first 10 minutes. Pain goes away as she walks for 5-10 minutes. I suspect some muscle/vein issue? Is physiotherapy the only and right treatment?

Right kteg fracture under just knee

I am 50 years old male person. On 17.7.18 I fell on walking and my right leg below knee has fracture. Doctor made fibre glass plaster for six weeks. Again made another plaster for six weeks. My leg effected by light polio. But I could walk as normal person . If any knee folding problem arises if 12 weeks not fold knee. Please suggest.
