My mother is having general weakness. She was taking Macalvit syrup ( Calcium and Vitamin D ) daily and was feeling much better. But macalvit is out of stock everywhere. Can you please suggest a good alternative to Macalvit? I heard that cipcal has some side effects. Are there any other good alternative? Thanks in advance.

I have hair line fracture on my foot ankle on 25th September. Doctor place a temporary paster because of so much swelling in ankle. Now today my plaster becoming loose.
