Sir mera femur fracture hai 4 montj ho gaye but healing is very slow plzz see xray and suggest and use stick

I will be getting pain below my knees up to foot and I feel like my legs are not their.can you say me the reason

What can be dedused from my Father's following X rays Ma'am, he had undergone a dynamisation on 6th Aug (fractured tibia and fibula on 3rd April and faced a non Union after surgery) One X-ray is before 45 days and other is today's. I am really in dilemma of continuing with my present doctor ? (As per present doctor my father will require another 1 month for recovery with walking and exercise

Basically on 23 August 2018 I got fracture on right shoulder so I wear sling & after one month I see gap at right shoulder what should I do?
