Complex medial meniscus tear
I have undergone surgery for Complex medial meniscus tear which I had to undergo due to sudden knee locking. I am suggested for non weight bearing on my knee for 2 months and 90 degree knee lock braces for at least 4 months. There is some knocking type pain In my meniscus repair region if I have some body movement without moving this knee also,what is the reason for this?Also,I need help regarding what are my chances of normal running and exercising in future and what can I do in current post surgery resting phase to improve my knee strength and specific diet for fast recovery of this.
