I am 15 years old boy. I play cricket. I have been suffering from right side lower back sharp pain from 2 months. I went to a general doctor, and the doctor wrote some tabs and ointment for 2 weeks. But the pain is still like that. So, the doctor prescribed me to take abdomen test and lower spine x ray. Nothing is there in them. So doctor prescribed me some medicines and told that it is just a sprain. Now it is paining severely there and it is now paining at buttocks also. I can't walk properly

I feeling some sound in my bones and I tried to move my hand my neck and my feet there are some sound.it may be the problem of lumber Arthritis how it can be cured
