I had accident 8 months back due to which there was a hair line fracture on my foot (fifth metatarsal bone) . I put plaster for the same for around 20 days. Now I feel the pain again while walking. Does the pain stay for life long ? Started putting ankle binder again from last week.

Hello, 3 days ago I had got a cramp in my leg, the next day it swelled a little but the doctor took blood test for uric acid etc...but it was all normal...and has suggested me gemcal,orthocrat etc for 1 month, there is no pain in my leg...but the swelling is creating difficulty in walking...is it normal?

Suffering from heavy back pain since 3 days due to journey daily 2hours, please suggest me any doctor

1.5 वर्ष पहले बाइक दाहिने पैर की ओर लुढ़क गई थी जिसके दबने से एड़ी(ankle) में कुछ दिनों तक सूजन रही जो ठीक हो गयी लेकिन हर कदम रखने पर एड़ी में अन्दर की ओर दर्द होता है, चलने में दर्द होता है दो बार डिजिटल एक्स-रे हुआ लेकिन कुछ नहीं निकला जिसका MRI डॉ के निर्देश पर कराया है रिपोर्ट में क्या आया है, इसका क्या इलाज होगा... यह जानकारी चाहिए... कृपया बताने की कृपा करें।

Hi sir , I have lower back pain from last 2 years ,now it came to middle and neck and some times in to left head heaviness .. and having pain around chest and some time heart beats fast . and total left hand shoulder some times tightness . I have done many ECG , echo and pulmonary angio but it reports normal , no artery block and clots in heart .. and body nerves will vibrate some times ( shivers) all functions are normal , but pain frequents. What is the good treatment for my total problems. Please guide me the best treatment. Thankq sir

Last year i was diagnosed for cervicel radiculopathy left hand with disc bulge in C3-C4, C4-C5, C5-C6, now its back to normal after six months of medication. Feels slight pain when i drive or heavy use of left hand. At present I'm feeling pain in hip area which doctor said is due to I'm overweight and sedentary, I'm taking medicines for it. I wanted to confirm that i have orthopedic problem, i want to do body building which includes heavy workout and lifting, what should i do.

Attached X-ray taken on the day of injury (13 sep). Its been 24 days since the injury. I had a temporary plaster for initial 6 days and then cast was applied by my ortho. I have not applied any weight on my foot since the injury and not even tried to walk. I uae crutches to walk to the bathroom. I keep my leg on pillows to keep it elevated. I work on my laptop from home so sit most of the day. So far I have ensured to keep good care for healing. I also take calcium and vitamin D prescrived by the doctor. Please let me know when should I start weight bearing and try to walk a bit.

Foot is getting swollen by the end of the day. There is slight pain while folding. Mild stiffness also noticed

My right heel pains a lot. When I sit for long time and get up and walk it pains...also when I get up from sleep it pains...any home remedy... it's paining a lot now.
