Bone & Muscle problems

Am having a stiff back and unable to bend , walk etc . Having trouble in sitting and getting up . Lower back is very stiff .

Upper back pain for almost 2yr..caused due to excessive workout in gym..while sitting more than 2 hrs in same position it started acting..Is it a major issue.

I had sprained my leg 3 weeks back and Dr told me that there is no fracture and advised rest for a couple of days suggesting to use crepe bandage and pain killer. He did not do x-ray. However I'm still having lot of pain between the ankle and the knee. When I take pain killer and crepe bandage it subsides but it starts again after that. I'm doing therapy by applying hit water with salt also which gives me some relief. Please suggest

Sir, Thank you for your valuable replies. I tried some tests. Jumping onoperated leg-no pain observed. When leg bend at 90° ,small sound (pup) is there. When i streach my leg, slight tension in calf. Also i have observed this problem observed when i started using industrial safety shoes (heavy) What i want to know from u experts is that any major problem? Please help.
