Got an ankle orif bycondylar fracture at upper end of tibia. Advised for exercise after that. Foot is rising upto normal extent wothout pain but after that pain is there while doing so. Please suggest

I am having knee pain since past 2-3 months. I visited orthopedic doctor today and she prescribed me 2-3 medicines one of which is "Ecod Plus".After coming back home, I checked medicine's details and got to know that it contains codliver oil along with a huge red dot on the capsule strip. And being a vegetarian its really difficult for me to consume it. I know it is important to take prescribed medicine but I can't help it. Please could anyone suggest me a substitute for this medicine that does not contain codliver oil. I can take other medicines as I don't understand other ingredients😌

My 2 year old daughter got slipped in fursh and got swelling on foot muscle , went to Dr and he told that it's normal, having some swelling so it should be fine in next 3-5 days, he had given some medicines , we had given those for 5-7 days, I realized that whenever she consume medicine she is fine, able to walk getting deep sleep, she don't even feel pain, once the medicine impact over, she starts crying and not able to walk. Sometimes her left foot is shaking slowly. Is this normal and we should wait or consultant with other Dr??

I am 53 years old, diabetic for almost 19 years. My HbA1c generally varies between 7.2 to 8.2. Have a slightly high BP 135-140/90. I am a working person and am on my laptop forcalmost 9-10 hrs a day. I have recently started having a feeling of numbness in the right side of body shoulder downwards. In the arm han and back to be more specific. What could be the reason?Who should i see? An ortho or a neurologist?
