My mother has joint pain and doctor says that she has lack of calcium in her body. I am looking to give her Ensure Plus powder for getting calcium in her body . Please suggest me about Ensure Plus.

I have neck and shoulder pain (right shoulder). Im taking dry needling therapy for it. Therapist told me to take 10 session/daily basis. Its very painful. I somewhere read it should be 1 session/week for 3 to 4 weeks. So my question is can i go for it daily? My arm is still sore because of yesterday's therapy. Im scared about today's session. Can i go alternate day???

Is bone scan necessary in diagnosing elbow monoarthrities or it is waste of diagnosing?... ... ... ..

Hello,  i have a lower back problem. Three years back I fell down from stairs. My left portion of the spine had some impact. I Went through the proper treatment. The MRI was ok.No any major issue was found. My calcium and the vitamine b12 level was a little lower than the normal. From the last two year, I am working as a researcher. For that, I have to sit down in front of a PC for 8 to 9 hours. Now the pain at that portion again stated. I am looking for treatment and proper guidance.
