Bone & Muscle problems

Hi from past 1 year I am suffering due to on and off pain in both legs which originates from knees and flows up to ankle.I have taken vitamin E Vitm D tablets on the recommendation of the doctor and even x ray reports are fine.But still I feel pain and weakness ocassionaly.There is no pain while doing sit ups.Not sure about the root cause.

I have tmj and I visited orthodontist he suggested me to use splint for upper teeth for three months. By using this will my jaw move to original position. When I move my jaw front and back I get little bit clicking sound in left jaw. Before I have neck pain and ear pain after using splint pain is not there but still sound is coming. I am chinnapa Reddy Annadi, from Karimnagar, Telangana. 32yrs old. I have been facing neck pain(left side) since 15days, yesterday i met an orthopaedic doctor, he said that there was nothing wrong in x-ray, and he has given prescription, i am uploading neck x-ray and prescription, please do let me know the problem. Shall i go to MRI scan in future if its doesn't cure. Thank you.
