Fell from stairs yesterday, hurt the tail bone area between the hips. Can't sit properly, also feel pain while standing up.

I have got muscle pain in lower back , taking medicines and doing physiotherapy exercises. Is there any way of sleeping will worsen back pain.

Good morning Sir, My mother got minor fracture on left foot 45 days ago in kanpur & there Doctor prescribed some medicine & suggest to wear creep bandage & assure it will recover in a month but when after a month we done re xray bone is same not recovered kindly suggest what we can do now

Hi, My mother is 62 years old and lives in Dehradun. She is suffering from knee and leg pain for 2 years now. We have gotten in touch with heart specialists and cardiologists but none of them have been able to help us a lot. She, sometimes, says that she has pain in the nerves of her legs and sometimes only in the knees. We tried physiotherapy in the past but it gave temporary and mild relief only.  Some people say consult a good orthopedic surgeon while some advise us to consult a neurologist. What should we do right now?
