I have been operated for hip screw surgery can I drink alcohol n smoke as i used to do earlier after two months of rest

From last two days i had paint in right leg and hand joint . Also had pain in right finger joint which are shifting in my fingers .

Sir my left ulna is fracture and bone not yet healed after 80 days of surgery so I will attach my latest x ray so advise me its needs to be bone grafting

I am suffering with severe back pain(upper side is below neck) which makes me difficult to wake from bed on morning. Even I need a support to get up. Please guide me whom should I consult and any exercise to suggest.

Hi .. My wife has prblem in only one left thai and lower back spine so i think it would be sciatica. Pain is not persistent on daily basis but after she usually comes from office she feels it so need better guidence and what we can do for treatment further guid us .

Sir/Mam i hear cut cut sound in knee when i bend it but its not accompanied by pain. Sometimes i also feel some problem in nerve behind knee like beats but still no problem in walking. Sometimes when i climb stairs after 30-40 stairs i feel tiredness in calf and knee but after 10 minutes all become normal again. its been 1 year. PS:- Sorry for my english

My mother is having general weakness. She was taking Macalvit syrup ( Calcium and Vitamin D ) daily and was feeling much better. But macalvit is out of stock everywhere. Can you please suggest a good alternative to Macalvit? I heard that cipcal has some side effects. Are there any other good alternative? Thanks in advance.

I have hair line fracture on my foot ankle on 25th September. Doctor place a temporary paster because of so much swelling in ankle. Now today my plaster becoming loose. And starting minor pain on such positions while sitting and sleeping posture and that point again. What should I do? What are the reason of again starting pain. And how much time is taken for recovery...
