Bone & Muscle problems

Hello doctors, I had developed muscle pain on right arm,leg and cheek since 2 years back. Recently I got checked up my vitamin d level in blood its revealed 17.4 ng/ml which is in range of insufficient , is that the reason of my prolong muscle pain of on my right part of body , what all the measures and medicines are there to get the level on healthy state . Any insight or suggestion will b highly appreciated . Regards

I did gym for the first time one week before and later my right arm was paining. I thought it might be due to gym. The pain lasted for 5 days. Now 2 days back I noticed that my right arm is Swollen. It was first my upper arm that was Swollen then it came to my elbow and now my forearm is Swollen. I feel a little numbness but I don't have any kind of pain. I could find any ortho at this time. I met wit an accident on aug 12th. And fractured my left leg both tibia and fibula. I got segmental fracture in tibia.its been 2 months and I was using walker so long . And from yesterday I started to use 2 crutches . I em concerned cuz I ve ma weddin on dec 2nd week. When can i start full weight bearing and when can i walk without crutches.

Thanks for the excercise advice,but daily after my yoga class my legs feel good but once I sit on a chair...pain repeats,can you prescribe me some medicine to strengthen my bones?

Went to doctor, did excerices , took physiotherapy for 5 days and after that IFT for for 4 days but it's 1 month after that I have been doing exercises and using hot bag and I have computer work and in middle I stretch back but still pain, earlier it was more now it's less but constant, in middle I felt very low pain just 1 week ago now once again it's same. Please suggest if anything.

I went to doctor and suggested for excerices, I did it regularly, my weight is 70 and athletic body, did IFT and physiotherapy and got some relief but after that I continued excerices as well but still pain persists, I have sitting work almost for 9 hours and in middle I stretch my lower back as well, sometime pain radiates to hip and legs as well but not much, while sitting and walking I don't feel pain and I feel more comfortable but when I stretch lower back from both sides I feel pain. I am using hot bag, I am using more stairs to climb up and walking more, in middle I felt less pain but it's constant. When I wake up obviously it's more pain. But in day to day activity I don't feel pain or very less. Should I avoid stairs ? I do normal walking, but no benefit. Any suggestion ?

I fell down from my scooty on 8th oct, 2018. I have some wounds on my left foot near ankle area, after 8 days of treatment, i still cannot walk, swelling is gone but i still cannot even lift my leg in air, i have very severe pain especially around my wounds. Please help diagnose this problem I have taken the below medicines after consulting doctor: Chymocip (3 times a day) Emanzen (3times a day) Rekool (1 time) Giafix 200 (2 times for first 5 days) applied betadine/soliderm/Membromine solution on wounds Doctor has checked xray and there is no fracture

My wife aged 58 yrs is suffering from POTT's spine and taking anti TB medicine sch 9 supplied by government since three months.By side effects she is having severe pain and muscles pulling in both legs and thighs and can't sleep overnight.Tab etoshine 90mg ,symbal 20 mg añd gabator NT is taking under consultation with neuro surgeon but little improvement. Is there any other medicine for rapid recovery.MRI report is attached for your reference.

2 weeks back I met with some accident due to which there was a jerk on my right hand. Resulting in pain in shoulder and elbow. I had checked for the x ray but there was no fracture or joint dislocation. The pain occurs while moving the joints in a particular way.shoulder pain is mainly on deltoid muscle. And I am unable to flex through my elbow joint. Please help.
