Please help how to cure this calcaneal spur. In April I had consultation. And took steroid injection in my left heel. Now I am feeling like pain in same leg. Is this calcaneal spur cannot get cure permanently? Please suggest some home remedies as well.also any tablets not pain killer. Please help.
