I had pain in lower back and that was radiating to right leg. I visited to orthopedist he gave me some medicine . And told me to come after doing X ray. Now X ray report has come. I want to know what is it and how should I go about it. Is it something big health issue or something very minor. Here are X ray report and prescription that he gave me.

(1 of 2) Sir, I'm 67 years old , suffering with lot of pain in thighs circulating towards back as per the doctor advise MRI scan done and report states that there is a gap in c4 c5 and the nerve is pressing in between them hence paining doctor advised for a surgery should I go with the surgery or is there any alternatives pls suggest.. Meanwhile I have lot of pain in right should circulating right hand back side of right shoulder and with clicks in the shoulder joint.

I had a fall while playing football which caused thumb joint to swell and then I used splint for 3 weeks but still swelling has not reduced much. X ray reports don't show any fracture. Kindly guide me for further medication as I am already under altra day tablets.

I am suffering from lower back pain, whenever i bend or lift something heavy i feel i can't bend or it pains in the lumbar region. even sitting for sometime gives pain. i happen to play badminton every weekend but i missed one weekend and when i played again this Sunday i started having a stiff back but in 3 days this elevated and since 36hrs it's too stiff. now i have a wedding to attend today and tomorrow, kindly provide some remedy.

I am having pain n swelling in both of my hands, did x-ray, NCV, RF factor, CBC, ESR, HLA-b27, everything came normal. First the pain was in left hand wrist with no swelling then it moved to entire hand and now in both the hands with swelling. Pain increases at elbows towards palm/fingers. It's been 2 months i am having pain, consulted orthopaedic and neurosurgeon but no result. Please guide what Is the possibility of this pain and it's treatment.
