Pain in right hand and shoulder from past 1 week..done with physiotherapy but no cure

Hello Doctor, I'm suffering from the joints and muscles pain since last one month and it has got severe since last one week. I have back pain regularly,when I wake up I usually need a massage to get up from the bed. And even after a little walk my legs muscles, knees and ankle hurts the most. Now it has got worsen with my arms, forearms,thighs muscle pain. So please suggest what could be the problem. BR Sonu Goyal

8 years before a car hit my lower leg (tibia bone) from front, however there was no fracture but i suffered from severe pain and bit swelling, however it has recovered very well leaving a scar and dead skin surface around the injured area. There's very small swelling below the injury(unnoticeable). I don't suffer any pain while jogging now but when i run more sometimes there's mild pain over injured part. My question is that I want to join Indian army(central defence) in any way, its my dream. But they have tough physical training. Is there any complete recovery for this?

Hi, I am an HR professional and my work is very sedimentary. I travel 100 kms to work daily and it does not allow me to do any work out or exercises. I've been feeling fatigue and pain in lower back which goes up to my feet and I am having pain in my right knee too. This usually happens at the end of the day. I suffer from psytica since last 10 years, I am not under any medication. Initially I went through physiotherapy but it did not help too much. Lately my right heel+ankle is aching. The pain is more of stretching and radiating type. No swelling as such but usually at the end of the day my feet swell up. I also feel my bones are weak, they just twitch at twisting turning too.

Pain on below scapula and backbone left side, i was already test ECHO and ECG. all report are ok. why this pain

I damaged my knee joint two years back pulling heavy object on stairs. the knee was brusied and was easily bruised for about 4 months when ever i jumped or put direct force on it  , i got the mri done after 6 month of injury. do i need surgery or it will heal with time and therapy thanks, attaching the mri report.

I am 29 years old female.. sometimes my leg lower part, i.e feet it becomes numb for few seconds and later it will be normal ... It happens sometimes ... I got uric acid test... Everything is normal... Doctor gave me neuromin od tablet... He said nothing to worry... Is it normal???

My job profile has been changed from sakes to back office, now I have to sit for 9 hours continuously with 1 hour break in between. Now days in few hours I started getting pain in lower back and cramps on thighs. Pls provide some solution on the same
