Yesterday I had to hold bike without falling and has caused wrist pain. The pain increases when I try to rotate my wrist. There is no swelling or any colour change on skin. I am applying ice pack now. Can you please recommend the best solution

I injured my lowered back. I did my MRI which I am sending to u. Please read this flim. I have no serious pain but mild in my lower back and my left thigh and left butt.

When I lift heavy objects then my leg knee pains and after some time but after some time it become normal . It is due to any problem or my habit is not to do that's why ? What should I do . A month back i had an accident, due to which my left hand bone had hairline fracture.. the fracture is cured now.. but I'm not able to straighten my arm.. doc says theirs bone angulation.. and it will correct by itself.. it been 2 weeks since last doc visit.. can you tell me if i have to wait for it to correct by itself..
