Disc prolapse L5
I have a disc prolapse in L5 the disc came out fully.icant sit or walk pain is very severe at my lower back .dr gave me steroids but once i stop having it pain starts again. My dr has advised surgery is tat the only way to get cure or any other treatment available

Try traction and physio..still not working then surgery only..but if there is a sensation loss or muscle power loss in the feet or toes..better to get the surgery done at the earliest.
