Avascular necrosis is my problem is there any treatment available for my disease please help me in this regard

I had an accident 2 years back and i had an injury in my left arm and now since 1 month i have pain in left shoulder and arm. Plz suggest something about it

There is pain in my wife left wrist. When she is twisting it or hold anything, it's paining a lot. Kindly suggest us what action needs to be taken.

I am having pain in right shoulder joint . Yesterday I was playing badminton and suddenly while smashing got pain in right shoulder and till now I am having pain while moving up and down my right shoulder and having pain in joint of right shoulder

Sometimes I have pain in my foot,sometime in heels and sometimes in calf.and I am feeling very fatigue while climbing 3 floors stairs daily.

My right shoulder feels uncomfortable and makes a popping sound sometimes and feels a bit heavier than the left side, I don't know why this happened I never had a shoulder injury.
